Staff was lovely- nothing was too much trouble and the manager at the Front Desk was just great! On arrival, he was so helpful checking us in at the same time as a bus tour group. Panorama suited us as it was easily accessed by car with free parking. The rooms were basic but comfortable.

The breakfast was lovely, staff were great and very helpful. we had free parking, very close to the city and attractions, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Everything was modern, comfy bed lots of space.

The hotel is in a great location, easy access to Ortigia and the Roman ruins. There was good parking available. The breakfast was good, ample choices. The bed was comfortable.

Easy to find and free parking, which was one of our main reasons for choosing it. Very comfortable hotel, enormous bed. Ideally located between Ortigia and the Archaeological Park, especially if you come by car and don't want the hassle of parking in Ortigia. Breakfast was very good. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We loved it.

It was quite clean, but I am surprised it has 4 stars. In other countries it would have 2 stars.

Nice balcony, clean and comfortable room, delicious buffet breakfast with freshly made coffee. Private small parking.

I love the abundance of breakfast with a lot of variety of croissant to choose! The professionalism of the whole staff and the courtesy of the reception..

Great service, nice rooms. A bit of a walk from Ortigia but very close to the Parco Archiologico
